The Certificate covers the cost of accommadtions
The individual has only to pay for the taxes and fees. For example on the 3 Day certificate the taxes and fees are a total of approximaely $28 total for both nights.
If you're commission is larger enough and you want to make an even stronger impression and want a great reason to see your clients again to continue to build on your relationship, and get referrals, you can offer to reimburse them for the standard taxes and fees when they get back from their vacation.
You can have them call you to set up a time to meet you at your office (or their home) and provide you with original copies of their receipts, and you can provide them with a check.
Since a lot of people will not actually go on the vacation, you aren't committing the extra money for every certificate you hand out.
There are NO required time share presentations on any of the certificates.
Eight Day / Seven Night Resort Vacation Certificate
Clients can select from 3,000 resorts worldwide with either a studio, one or two-bedroom suite in a 3, 4 or 5-star. There are no blackouts and client can book online with only a 14-day advance notice.
Two-bedroom suites in a 5-star resort would probably cost around $350 to $450 per night.
Your cost $19.95 per certificate
Client supplies a fully refundable $100 deposit and then goes to the website to book. Once confirmed they are responsible for the resort and maintenance fee of $279 for the entire week.
They can select a two-bedroom suite in a 5-star resort (based on availability), for $279 for the entire week.

Four Night / Three Day Cruise Certificate
Departs from Port Canaveral or Miami to the Bahamas and from L.A. to Mexico
Port fees and gov’t taxes are $177.00 per person. There is a $100 activation fee that will be applied towards the taxes and fees.
All food, non-alcoholic beverages and on-board entertainment is included.
